New Feature! Asian Languages

I wanted to make this website go National, which will help the server pick up and the website pick up as well.
I am planning on Supporting the following languages:
English
Russian
German
Chinese Mandarin
Chinese Traditional
Korean (South)
Japanese

Languages that are ready:
English
Korean
Chinese Mandarin
